The 3rd Wednesday of each month our Health Fitness Specialists will demonstrate a piece of equipment and explain how to implement that piece into your current workout.

10-Minute Clinic Injury Screening

Each month, Bryce Taylor, MSPT, of Downtown Physical Therapy, conducts an injury screening program. He will spend 10 minutes reviewing your injury complaint and discussing options to help you get back on track.
