  • Maintain Not Gain
    This program encourages realistic weight maintenance over the 12-week holiday season and motivates employees by incorporating an element of friendly competition. Weigh in and out as a team and challenge your teammates to maintain their weight within two pounds of their starting weight.
  • Bop to the Top
    Bop to the Top is a downtown Indianapolis tradition where participants compete to race up 37 flights of stairs in the OneAmerica Tower. We'll help you train to compete in this event or a similar one crafted for your own office location. Can't fathom making the climb? Then participate as a spectator and watch the competition run, walk, and crawl their way to the top!
  • Club Ped
    Club Ped is an eight week walking and running program designed to motivate employees to adopt and to stick with an exercise routine. The self-report, mileage goal program is great for individuals of all fitness levels.
  • March Mayhem
    This fun fitness incentive is themed around the annual college basketball tournament in March. Participants exercise, pick teams, and follow the tourney action right down to the national championship game. Winner takes all!
