Weight Loss & Nutrition Package
This 3-month package combines the guidance of a Registered Dietitian with the power of your personal food app and several nutrition-focused physical assessments that help determine how many calories your body uses each day, allowing us to recommend a safe and realistic number to help achieve your goals.
This package includes:
- Resting Metabolic Rate Assessment (RMR), determines your body’s basic caloric needs at rest
- BOD POD® (pre and 3 months follow-up), determines body fat and lean body mass
- NIFS 3D Body Scan (pre and 3 months follow-up), determines body measurements without the use of a tape measure (neck circumference, arm circumference, waist circumference, etc)
- Personal Nutrition Coaching* (pre- and 2-month follow-up with weekly food log reviews by Registered Dietitian)
Performance & Nutrition Package
This 3-month package is ideal for those in training for a triathlon or marathon, or any other athlete/exercise enthusiast wanting to work out more effectively and efficiently. You will work alongside a trainer to define your training zones and cardio fitness levels, as well as identify imbalances and movement issues that may impede your progress. Additionally, your registered dietitian will help you stay on track and provide nutrition recommendations to maximize your training.
This package includes the following services
- Aerobic Capacity VO2 Max
- Functional Movement Screen (FMS) (pre and 3 months follow-up)
- BOD POD® (pre and 3 month follow-up)
- Personal Nutrition Coaching* (pre and 2 months follow-up)
*NIFS has partnered with Aligned Health Practice (AHP) for all Nutrition Coaching Services. Once you purchase a Fitness Assessment Package at NIFS a Dietitian from AHP will contact you to set up your Nutrition Coaching sessions.
