Larger than the conference room, seating can be arranged to suit your needs. A wall of windows provides natural light. An adjacent vestibule overlooking the main lobby can be used for registration or overflow needs.

NIFS long lobby can help you divide up your run/walk groups or allow for booths for a health fair or other event where a wide-format area is desired.

Outdoor Patio
NIFS patio area is a great place for a band and a catered meal. Just set up tables and allow participants to mingle and enjoy the music and view of the White River and White River State Park. Bathroom facilities are made available in the main lobby.

Agreement
The National Institute for Fitness and Sport (NIFS) requires that you sign an agreement before your scheduled event. The agreement will outline your fees and a payment schedule.
The following audio/visual equipment may be reserved for your use with any facility rental:
- Loud speaker system
- Dry erase marker board with markers
- Easel
- Overhead projector
- Slide projector
- VCR and monitor
- Auditorium equipment (includes use of handheld microphone and projection screen)
- LCD projector/Laptop (additional fee)

Catering
All catering arrangements are the responsibility of the renting party.
